Conductive TPU

Anti-static conductive TPU is a specialized application developed by modifying the TPU base material. Through the use of specific additives and precision processing, we achieve anti-static levels ranging from 10⁶ to 10⁹ and conductive levels from 10³ to 10⁵ in black color. The product exhibits outstanding stability and processability, with no powder shedding or degradation, ensuring permanent anti-static and conductive properties.

Features of Conductive TPU

Permanent antistatic agents exhibit no dependency on environmental humidity, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. They do not compromise processing properties while significantly reducing surface resistance of finished products. Characterized by stable resistivity and excellent compatibility with TPU resins, these agents are suitable for both extruded and injection-molded products. They offer superior flexibility, outstanding abrasion resistance, and exceptional physical properties, along with advantages such as colorfastness, corrosion resistance, high strength, and flame retardancy.
