Polyether-based extruded TPU meets FDA standards and NSF Standard 61; it achieves transparent UL 94-VO flame retardancy and UL Yellow Card certification, featuring exceptional hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature flexibility, antimicrobial properties, mold resistance, low water swelling, high transparency with low crystallization point, excellent yellowing resistance, dimensional stability during processing, and high mechanical properties with superior compounding compatibility. Products are widely used in: fire hoses, automotive/marine cables, geophysical exploration cables, wind power cables, robotic arm cables, drag chain cables, hoses, corrugated tubes, drinking water pipes, food machinery conveyor belts, industrial belts, and other extruded products. Upon request, our TPU can be customized to achieve VW-1 flame retardancy, matte finishes, semi-gloss finishes, and other special requirements.
Polyester-based TPU, leveraging its superior abrasion resistance, tensile strength, heat resistance, anti-tangle properties, excellent elasticity, and high cost-effectiveness, finds extensive applications across IT, wearables, wire & cable, automotive, smart home, and other industries.
Polyester Extrusion: Also known as extrusion molding or extrusion in plastics processing. This method involves material being heated and plasticized within the barrel and screw of an extruder while being continuously pushed forward by the screw. The material then passes through a die to form products or semi-finished goods with various cross-sections.
